Our employees drive the success of GL group. So we wanted to have an avenue to showcase our spotlight employees, who have achieved a goal, have gone above and beyond, or are actively pursing a passion.
This week we are featuring Nick Dreyer. Nick is currently enrolled in our Emergent Leader Program (ELP). Employees in this program undergo various leadership development training over the span of 12 months, working with mentors from our executive team.
Nick is the first Business Development Manager to head up a new territory for the company and Nick credits the ELP to helping him work toward this role. Through mentorship with a members of the Executive Team, Nick was able to identify this opportunity and work through developing a member of his current team to take over his department management responsibilities. Having the support of the Senior Leadership Team helped Nick build confidence in his abilities and made this transition more of an organic move.
